You’re invited to a very special edition of All-Night Psychedelic Gong Bath to celebrate this transition into the coming year. Expect some lovely surprises, such as ceremonial cacao & lucid dreaming potion at midnight.

All-Night Psychedelic Gong Bath is a unique sound healing event organized by three experienced sound healers in association with The Psychedelic Society. This is an opportunity to enter a deep meditative & healing state of consciousness, as your guided by sound into a transcendental journey, throughout the night until sunrise.

We use various instruments including ten unique & powerful gongs, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, didgeridoo, shanti chimes & shruti boxes, combined with overtone singing, vocal toning & medicine songs, weaving a tapestry of sound to guide you on your journey within.

We will begin the evening with the workshop ‘Psychedelic Yoga: Yoga for the preparation, navigation & integration of the psychedelic experience’. During this session, we will practice postures, pranayama, mudras, mantra & meditation to prepare you for the night ahead journeying during all-night psychedelic gong bath. Then there will be a break and time to set up your ‘sleeping nests’ for the night ceremony, after which a hearty new year’s eve bowl of food will be served, alongside a selection of teas, snacks & fruits.

After a short introduction, a guided meditation will take you into the gong dream space. You will be “bathed” in the sound waves of the gongs & other instruments for 8 hours continuously. As the powerful vibrations and harmonics wash over you, they will induce deep relaxation, altered states of consciousness and help to release tensions and blocks. Please be gentle with yourself for the remainder of the weekend to fully ‘digest’ the process, which can last for a few days after the experience.

Just before midnight, as we prepare to welcome the new year, we will share ceremonial cacoa & a lucid dreaming potion ritual.

Participants variously report powerful bodily sensations and meditative states often accompanied by rich imagery, visions and insights, or feelings of timelessness, ecstasy and bliss. The overall experience can feel both visionary & psychedelic.

At the beginning of the night the sound might feel quite intensive at moments. After a while we will keep it gentle and comforting till the early morning, when there will be another more intensive sound wave as you wake. At around 7:00am the gongs will go silent for 30 minutes of stillness & reflection; during this time people tend to experience powerful insights and a profound feeling of inner peace and liberation.

Everyone will be invited to the lounge & cafe area to share their night experiences with each other over a hot drink and a freshly prepared organic breakfast from Gaia Pulses.

This event isn’t designed for people to take psychedelics at (though the combination of the frequencies brought about from the sound journey & meditation, can bring about altered states of consciousness similar to those experienced on psychedelic medicines). “Incredible healing sound journey. What you together have created is truly remarkable. I was awake for all but 2 hour and felt every moment. Grateful for what you give to the Universe” Rikk

“They created a container that helped me feel held and safe enough to let go and voyage into myself. The power of the gongs and strength of their chants enabling a deep process within me – catalysed by a skilful balance between familiarity and novelty, between safety and provocation. The food was excellent and they were well equipped to meet my additional needs. The Practioners were clearly at the top of their game. It’s definitely the best slumber party I’ve ever attended!” Mikey

“Amazing experience, thank you to Kat, Francisco and Jamie for sharing your healing and magical music for the soul, what a blessing.” Aggie

“One of the best experiences of my life. A*****+++++” Ryan
