Psychedelic Yoga FAQ's
Psychedelic Yoga equips participants with yogic techniques to prepare the body & mind for journeys with psychedelic medicines, whilst practicing tools which can assist in the navigation & integration of those experiences.
Yoga mats & blankets are provided. We recommend wearing loose fitting clothes that allow you to move and stretch during the postures.
Psychedelic Yoga is designed for all levels of ability & you don’t need to have practiced either yoga or meditation previously to attend the sessions.
Each event is unique, however a typical session of Psychedelic Yoga will include a combination of postures, breathing techniques, mudras and mantras, philosophy and readings related to psychedelics & yoga.
There will also be a guided meditation designed to explore the theme. Each session concludes with a 40 minute sound journey.
We invite participants to stay for a cup of tea & socializing at the end of the session.

Psychedelic Sound Journey FAQ's
Psychedelic means ‘mind revealing’. Just as psychedelic medicines can reveal what’s going on deep within ourselves, in Psychedelic Sound Journey we use sound combined with meditative techniques, to enable participants to journey within, accessing their inner territory, allowing healing to take place, as emotions, memory’s & visions are revealed.
The development of this event is also continually inspired by our experiences working with sound in conjunction with psychedelic medicines.
Yoga mats & blankets are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
After a brief introduction to the session, participants are invited to adopt a comfortable position (either lying down or seated), as they’re guided through a 1 hour 20 minute sound journey.
The sound journey includes a combination of guided meditation, breathing & relaxation techniques & sound, created with a 38” sun gong & 38” earth gong, shamanic drums, singing bowls, hangdrum, flute, harmonica, shanti chimes, shruti box, loop station, overtone singing & medicine songs.

All-Night Psychedelic Gong Bath FAQ's
Psychedelic means ‘mind revealing’. Just as psychedelic medicines can reveal what’s going on deep within ourselves, in All Night Psychedelic Gong Bath we use sound combined with meditative techniques to facilitate enhanced states of consciousness.
Participants can access their inner territory & enable healing to take place, as emotions, memories & visions are revealed.
This is a 12 hour event that runs from early evening through the night to the following morning.
The typical structure of All-Night Psychedelic Gong Bath is as follows:
8.00pm Doors open
8:30pm Welcome
8:45 – 9:45pm Movement/Dance/Yoga Workshop
9:45 – 10:30pm Tea & set up ‘sleeping nests’
10:30pm – 6:30am All-night Psychedelic Gong Bath
6:30am Silence
7:00am Morning meditation
7:30am Hot Drinks & Organic Breakfast by Gaia Pulses
We recommend bringing clean comfortable clothing to change into for sleeping, pillows, sleeping bag/blankets/duvets, camping/yoga mat or blow up bed, or any other item that will help aid your comfort as you will be sleeping on the floor.
Although inflatable mattresses are fine, we ask that you don’t bring king size inflatable mattresses and keep your “sleeping nest” within a reasonable size.
Although there are heaters in the hall, please bring anything you will need to ensure you’re comfortable and warm throughout the night. Please also bring a bottle of drinking water.
We advise you to eat a good meal an hour before the event, but not too heavy.
Before the Gong Bath there will be herbal teas available with biscuits and dried fruit, along with ceremonial grade pu-erh or oolong tea for those who prefer meditating over sleeping.
You are welcome to use a kettle at any time during the night if needed.
The word ‘bath’ in the title refers to participants being ‘bathed’ in sound waves.
There is no water involved – no need for towels and swimming costumes here!
